The finishing phase is carried out with vertical needling to ensure maximum needle density, using single or double bars both from the top and bottom. The machines feature advanced characteristics such as low-consumption belt transmission, temperature recording on graphs, play-free joints, high-quality bearings, jacks with automatic recovery via pneumatic pistons, and a monoblock needle bar in high-strength aluminum.

Moreover, all moving elements are made of aluminum alloy, allowing for gap and penetration adjustment through encoders and AC motors, and physical zeroing with magnetic sensors.
